Zach Reardon
Vironex, a leading U.S. provider of specialized environmental field services to the environmental consulting community, welcomes Zach Reardon as
their National Safety Manager.
Zach comes to Vironex with an extensive background
in safety and training. He is particularly passionate about his profession in the safety arena and is a fervent proponent of our ‘V-Safe’ corporate safety program.
Safety:
As the National Safety Manager, he is responsible for further development and support of our comprehensive safety program; both at the local and corporate level. Zach will be working closely with each of our team members and regional offices ensuring that our safety program and policies are carried out commensurately in key areas of our operations. SOP’s are another focus. He will assist in further developing our standard work and operating procedures to continually improve and encourage safety in all areas of our office and field operations.
Training:
We believe that specific product and equipment training is an integral part of working safely. Zach is responsible for developing and maintaining our training programs in order to further encourage our safety culture. He delivers training by developing ‘workshop’ classes focused on better understanding specific job functions; as well as monthly safety training and other focus areas as needed.
Our consistent focus on safety and product/equipment training is paramount to the success of each of our clients, employees and projects. As more projects move towards in-situ remediation, our clients have designated safety as their key metric for selecting specialized companies like Vironex.
Formerly a National Safety Director in the logistics industry working with heavy equipment, Zach is excited to be a part of Team Vironex and use his safety and training experience to further define effective safety functions and processes for our in-situ remediation projects.
Zach Reardon will be located in our Golden, CO office; however his responsibilities include overseeing safety for the projects operating out of our offices located in Pacheco and Santa Ana CA, Golden CO, Bowie MD and Wilson NC.
