Vironex, a leading supplier of environmental field services is looking for an experienced Office Manager who can help manage the rapid growth we are experiencing in the South East market.

The ideal candidate will have strong organization & computer skills (Microsoft Office mandatory) and Accounting Software (desired), excellent phone skills, and experience in collections, invoicing & scheduling. The candidate will be highly organized, self motivated, flexible and able to initiate calls to customers & suppliers to support a wide variety of individuals and tasks. The Office Manager will also assist crews in project planning, travel and in the field situation changes. This position requires a minimum of 2 years related experience.

Vironex will consider part-time as well as full-time candidates. The position is located in Wilson, NC.
