Injection Through Packers

 
Vironex can inject with single or straddle packers when necessary to effectively apply in-situ remediation reagents. Example applications include:

 

Isolation of deep well screens (e.g. 165’ to 175’ bgs) where injection
   and flushing of low volume viscous materials is required.

 

Isolation of open bore holes to isolate fractures for pressurized    injection.

 

 

Caustic persulfate injection into fractured bedrock open borehole    with a 7” OD stainless steel high pressure packer

 

 

 

Isolation of DPT boreholes in concrete slabs to prevent surfacing
   while injecting into shallow intervals. 

 

 

Vironex has also used packers to isolate monitoring wells to collect
   vapor samples from discrete intervals.
